1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through:

  • Our websites and online services (including pages hosted by Kajabi).

  • Purchases, billing, and account administration.

  • Phone calls and video meetings with our team (including recordings and transcripts).

  • Service delivery when you authorize us to access your marketplace accounts (for example, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services you may access through links on our site.

2) Notice at Collection (California)

California law requires that we disclose the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them at or before the point of collection. We provide those details in Sections 3 and 4.

3) Personal Information We Collect

Emails, form submissions, chat/support messages, call recordings, meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries, and internal notes related to providing services and support.

Inferences drawn from your interactions to route requests, improve services, and personalize communications (for example, categorizing issue type based on what you submit).

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment card details and transaction metadata.

Sensitive Personal Information (California)

We may process limited “sensitive personal information” where necessary, such as login credentials or access tokens if you provide them to connect accounts, and the contents of communications where you share sensitive details. We use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

  • Onboard clients and deliver account health monitoring and operational support you request.

6) Call Recording, Transcription, and Support Communications

We may record phone calls and video meetings, and we (or our service providers) may create transcripts, summaries, or notes to:

We use Dialpad for phone communications, which may support call recording and transcription features. We use Zendesk for customer support, which may store communications and related support records.

Notice and consent: Where required by law, we provide notice at the start of a call or meeting. By continuing after notice, you consent to recording and transcription. If you do not consent, you may request an alternative method of communication (for example, email).

7) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and understand usage. We also use tools for analytics and advertising measurement, including:

  • Google Analytics (website analytics and performance measurement).

  • Meta technologies (for example, pixels and conversion APIs) for advertising measurement and retargeting.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.
